We believe that innate noble character qualities are within the heart of every student. To help students see their innate strengths and their implications for personal development, a talk on character strength held by the Bei Shan Tang Foundation was organised for all F.4 students on 3 October.

Students identified their innate qualities by filling out the VIA Character Strength Survey. The facilitator then explained to students the features of their innate qualities as reflected in their thoughts, feelings, and actions. The facilitator reminded students about the importance of self-understanding for well-being and self-actualisation in their lifelong learning journey. Students were excited to see their innate beauty rediscovered and reacknowledged by one another through games and discussions.
