On 9 January 2026, our school hosted the Inspiring Girls Career Workshop for F.4 students which was coordinated by Inspiring Girls Hong Kong. The aim of the workshop was to inspire young women by broadening their career horizons and strengthening their resilience through meaningful engagement with female role models from diverse professional backgrounds.

Inspiring Girls Hong Kong is a registered charity committed to helping young women realise their full potential. By connecting teen girls with diverse female role models, the charity challenges gender stereotypes and inspires ambitious career paths. The workshop format included opportunities for participants to engage in speed networking with 22 highly accomplished female professionals and ultimately empower them to establish meaningful relationships with these role models. Through these interactions, students were provided with valuable insights regarding each other’s backgrounds, challenges faced during high school and after graduation, and recommendations for developing soft skills such as adaptability, self- confidence, and resilience.

The Inspiring Girls Career Workshop was an exceptional event for all the students and speakers involved, and there will be opportunities to collaborate with Inspiring Girls Hong Kong in the upcoming months.
