Supervisor’s Message

Message from the Supervisor

  • With gratitude and humility, we reflect on the living legacy entrusted to us by the pioneering Maryknoll Sisters a century ago. Inspired by their mission—to make God’s love visible—we are called to nurture the innate goodness and dignity of each person, guiding all to discover and develop their unique gifts and capacity to bring light to others.

We foster an environment where academic rigor is animated by wonder and awe, encouraging students to engage their minds critically, steward their bodies with respect, and tend their souls with care. Here, faith and reason walk hand in hand, as truth is revealed most fully in Jesus Christ—truly God and truly human—whom we are called to encounter, love, and follow. Though our vision is always unfolding, we remain committed to making learning a vibrant journey, where every field of study becomes an opportunity for reflection and transformation.

Like Mother Mary, who as a courageous teenager offered her steadfast “yes” to God, we too are called to respond to His invitation and find our place in the world. As students discover their passions and purpose, they consider not only what they will study but who they are called to become. We pray they find anchor and refuge in faith, persevering in love even on the darkest days, ever growing, discerning, and being open to God's call.

Accolades and academic achievement may mark our progress, but we hold a deep sense of privilege and responsibility in ensuring our true pursuit is the cultivation of nobility—not found in earthly riches, but in virtue, character, and holy ambition. Our motto, Sola Nobilitas Virtus, is a daily practice, lived out in every act of kindness, each effort to learn, and every moment of genuine service. Personal excellence is pursued for the flourishing of our wider community, as we treasure our interconnectedness with all of God’s creation in caring for our common home.

This mission is not ours alone: we cherish our partnership with parents, the support of alumni, and the embrace of the wider human family. May our school always be a sacred space where each member, regardless of age, beliefs, or background, finds belonging and support—a home to return to, a wellspring of joy, strength, and hope. Together as fellow pilgrims, may we carry faith into action, ignite our lamps, and bring hope ablaze into the world!
